  1. As he should. NB bought low on Rese and is reaping the dream scenario for a brand that does that with an up and comer.

  2. Hopefully the new deal also had a place for him to write a date, in addition to his signature.

  3. Really missed out signing with Nike… a Maxey line of Maxx’s would have been 🔥

  4. Ayy no way!! I didn’t think NB would take that swing! Congrats to Maxey, will def cop a pair, he’s been wearing some sick colorways the last few nights.

  5. That’s rad!!

I bought my first pair of NB basketball shoes this past summer and I really dig them. Had never worn NBs in my life but was into the idea of the new Fresh Foams since I’m starting to feel my age a little bit. Super comfy.

Between their bball shoes and numeric skate line, NB is doing good stuff.

  6. Haven’t bought a basketball shoes since The Answers. Might have to pick these up if they don’t look goofy for causal wear.

  7. That’s super cool!! I’m probably far out of the loop, but when a player gets a signature shoe, do we have a sense of how much input, if any, do they offer? Function like light/fast, or grippy/steady, design such as colorways, silhouettes, etc.? either way, kudos to Maxey and he’s certainly working for it with all these minutes!!! Couldn’t seem to be a better, nicer guy, am I right?
