Looks like a faded stamped facsimile ball to me but may be wrong.
I believe the second sig down in Pic 1 belongs to Billy Williams. I got his sig on a hat when I was a kid, my dad and I met him on the street outside Wrigley.
Edit: It’s definitely Billy, and the top one looks like Alfredo Griffin.
