This guy was running around like a man possessed Sunday. Absolutely destroying Houston’s O line. He’s been solid all year, but has really stepped up his game as of late.

  1. He’s been a pleasant surprise this season. He’s currently on a 1 year deal and I’d love to see him be able to work out a longer contract with the team in the off season.

  2. I feel like he’s going to sign a huge contact elsewhere and do absolutely nothing. Anyone remember Mark Anderson?

  3. Wish we had him locked up for another year or 2 . He should be getting a big pay raise this offseason from us or someone else

  4. He has been awesome this season and he’s still just 26 years old. I hope we sign him long term.

  5. I’d love to keep him around, but edge rushers who have productive seasons prior to hitting FA are often prohibitively expensive. If I had to guess, I’d say he likely cashes in elsewhere in the offseason. Great season by him though. Hope we finish it out strong!

  6. People rightly talk about the draft a lot, but finds like these are often key to building a contender.

  7. What’s really surprised me is how these depth guys have played so hard this season. Going into the year I thought there weren’t really any major signings made besides Milton, but that was definitely proven wrong over the course of the year.

  8. I would love him back, but we need a true pass rusher. This team has had a pass rush issue all season. We’ve been lucky that the chargers and Texans oline has been depleted

  9. Landry got 3yrs 45 million this past offseason to come here. I would think something a little less than that. Around 10 million? He’s going to chase the bag and he should, probably his only big contract he’ll get.

It’s his best season he’s ever had but he didn’t do much the 5 years prior to this. Hes been cut or released by multiple team. He definitely played himself into a nice payday though. I’d prefer the Pats go a different direction though. Draft an edge and sign a veteran or something.

  10. He was the man who caused the pick six and it was such a good play by him not hesitating and just running straight at Stroud. Definitely a breath of fresh air from the slower edge rushers we had in the past

  11. Pretty nuts he was a practice squad player for the fn raiders to start last year and now’s he a key contributor on a possibly superbowl bound team

  12. He has been great in the playoffs. He had a pretty major slump around mid season and seems with Williams back has become very good again. Should be easy to retain him. Pats probably offer a 10-12mil/yr deal but if raiders lose Crosby they probably offer 15+mil/yr

  13. As awesome as he’s been the past couple games, I think we may need to temper our expectations. Houston’s and LA’s O-lines aren’t exactly world-beaters. I’d love to sign Chiasson to a long-term deal but I’m worried he may ask for top edge $$ (as is his right) and I’m not sure he’s necessarily worth that

  14. TIL that he was a former first rounder. Definitely playing up to his draft pedagree in a system that fits him.

  15. I remember him turning my head in preseason. I’m thinking “who the fuck is this 44 guy?” I thought he was some stud ufa we found. He’s been balling out all year.

  16. If he’s the second best edge rusher on this team we’ll be an insanely deadly defense. Get the best edge rusher available at pick 32 and we’re gonna be making a lot of QBs uncomfortable
