Following Kellen Moore since he was recruited to BSU from Prosser WA; I can tell you that he will go after what we know as "OKG". Our Kind of Guys. I really think the Senior Bowl, Combine, Pro-Days and behind scene interviews are going to tell the coaching staff who best fits the mentality and goals in a team focused environment. This will be within reason. They obviously will know best which positions they really need quality at, but they will make sure it is the right guy and not just the highest rated DEVA of the group. They could have easily went after Shedeur Sanders last season. They didn't because he does not at all fit the mold of an "OKG" team oriented guy to fit in a Kellen Moore run offense. This is also why i don't think they need to rush for luxury offensive weapons at #8. I really think they should continue to build an ELITE defense. That is what they truly need to build a Super Bowl caliber team. Downs, Bailey, Bain JR. The coaches should eval these guys and go after whom is there at #8 & best fits the mindset. I wouldn't be upset if they grabbed Love or Tate though. Either way, they can address offensive weapons in the FA or later rounds in my opinion.
