  29. Mike McDaniel is one of the most creative offensive minds in the game, this offense could look fucking scary man.

  33. Dolphins fan here—you’re going to love McDaniel. Was sad to see him go, but wish him nothing the best. Of course he is a mad scientist on offense, but one of his best attributes is having general care about the players and getting them where they need to be in their career.

  34. This shit is fucking HUGE!!! Like if they have some drop off on defense due to Minter leaving this should at least make up for it.

    Now to fix the OL, get more stars on defense and hopefully improve ST…

  36. In hindsight us losing to the Pats may have been a blessing disguise. I know it sucked that Herbert got clowned and is still awaiting his first playoff win but If we had beat the Pats, Greg Roman wouldn’t have got fired and next season would have been a wash. Now hopefully we can make a SB run given it’s in our stadium

  38. Hey Chargers sub! I have been a Bucs fan for 30+ years. But after the colossal fuck ups with staff made over the last 2 seasons, I told myself I’m going wherever Mike McDaniel goes. So, I am here to ask for permission to leave a sinking ship for a rocket ship. Everyone cool with that?
