  1. 2 of the worst halves of the season in the last 2 games sucks. I’m mad because it’s the Lakers but even an average shooting night from Tim wins this one so I’m not panicking but I don’t like how these halves felt so hopeless

  2. Unfortunately the feel good run without Jokic is probably over.

Brutal schedule between now and the all star break. Gonna free fall in the standings if guys don’t come back soon, and Adelman’s pre game comments on that were not encouraging.

  3. There is not a single thing on the basketball court Bruce brown does well. He runs like his feet hurt he misses those shitty 5ft floaters constantly is terrible in transition doesn’t box out isn’t fast enough to jump in loose balls can’t defend they hunt him can’t shoot from 3 is a bad ball handler under ANY pressure he is fucking awful would rather have Hunter Tyson minutes at least he’s playing hard and can shoot if nothing else. Idgaf about his mountain tattoo trade this bum bitch for a 3rd round draft pick at this point idc he stinks putrid bum

  4. Nobody could hit open shots. One of those rare games where thj was just ice cold and there was a stretch were they genuinely missed like 3-4 open paint shots in a row. Don’t necessarily think there’s any reason to be concerned. Only thing was they’re still doubling players wayyyyy too much. I get Luka was playing well but everyone else on the lakers were taking their turns hitting shots, not to mention LeBron getting a wide open lane to the basket. I still don’t understand why team (not even just the nuggets) are so addicted to doubling everyone and anyone. Letting good players cook and taking away the others is a very legitimate strategy for beating almost every star in the league other than maybe jokic, shai, and giannis

  5. A sad day in Nuggets land. That’s the Lakers superbowl. Not sure why Dave didn’t try Strawther in the second half. It couldn’t have been worse.

  6. Tim Hardaway Jr is usually guaranteed money but not in this game, he chose one hell of a night against the Lakers to shoot 2-12 from the field and 0-8 from 3, that was the difference in this game, it’s a true blue miracle the Nuggets have won as much as they have without Jokic, Johnson, Braun ect…….

  7. wait … bruce was -21 and the next closest on the team is -8? im so serious when i say once everyone is back he should not be in the rotation

  8. Sigh. That was pretty frustrating. To watch them ball out so nicely and finish the first half with such a crazy trick shot only to just let it slip away when they returned feels terrible. Poor Hardaway. He’s normally so reliable and just couldn’t make a shot to save his life. Why did this have to happen against the Lakers?

  9. That game is the definition of a roller coaster. The highest of highs with that second half, with the lowest of lows with that second half.

  10. I just don’t know how this shit ass Lakers team have matched our record.

Like holy fuck balls life is really unfair

  11. Im not mad about the loss. Just the way we lost. When we lose by our own buckets that feeling just make me feel sunk.

  12. One thing I really don’t understand is if you’re going to play small ball (because you’re forced to) why do you intentionally decide to slow the game down to a crawl. This wasn’t being tired or slowing down in the last 3 minutes, they’re walking the ball up in the beginning of the 3rd quarter than standing at the logo for 3 seconds before finally deciding to run something. You’re playing a slow team at altitude, why are they the ones killing it in transition? Should play like the pacers small ball unit last year. Get the ball up the court immediately and start running some screens/off ball actions. You get mismatches, people lose their man, you can get someone on your hip and run them into the paint before there’s time to trap. Total pace mismanagement. This was exactly the type of game the lakers needed you to play.

  13. fuck the lakers cry all game about the no call fouls then the refs gift them the softest whistle ever just like okc in the fourth. only took the lead by ref ball.

  14. Bringing back Bruce was a mistake, choosing him over Russ was a mistake

BenTen drops points for me with that decision.

  15. I really don’t understand how Luka used to be one of the most liked players in the NBA. He’s always cried and whined on every possession.

I’m glad people are waking up. Better late than never.

  16. How do you not make basic adjustments during the 2nd half if Murray is gettin 2v1 at the top of the three it’s a literal 3v4. Don’t even need to settle for threes if they’re open cause corner ones are all open but so is mid range shots.

  17. I’m a huge Adelman fan but he deserves a lot of the blame for this one. The offense was so bad in the second half & he had no way to fix it. You can’t let this sub-par Lakers defense shut you down like that. Not after you torched them in the 1st half.

  18. that tech on AG for lightly grazing smart’s nuts still so hilarious

meanwhile, butler with a full on swinging kick to AG’s nuts in the finals in the most unnatural motion i’ve ever seen isn’t a tech, yeah okay

  19. It’s kinda odd that AG and Watson aren’t better rebounders. Both are long, athletic, strong, usually outsize their matchup.

  20. I love brown with all my heart, but he needs to always stay as a 11th man hype guy now

  21. Losing to this team while in attendance gotta be the most fucking annoying life experience one can have

  22. I’m more mad that they doubled down on the AG ball fondling tech than about the game outcome

  23. AG looks like he’s giving 40% effort. BB and Zeke are who they are and will make dumb plays. There were nobody making plays once Jamal gets doubled.

  24. We should have left that Laker fan’s post up a little longer. He deserved to get bullied more than we gave him.

  25. I think this one was specially one of the worst all-around performances for a lot of indiviudals (Murray’s exempt of course) including Adelman, playing Bruce so fucking much when he’s consistently that bad is terrorism.

  26. 17 points q3, 19 points q4.

What are you doing even? lakers are one of the worse defensive teams. i get they are doubling jamal, but still. generate a quality looks, you are 4v3. it should be a lay up every time. an atrocious execution.

  27. Trying to be patient about Bruce, and I still have faith he’ll turn things around before the offs. It’s been bad.

  28. Lakers team really is a bunch of Chets. Literally every single one of them and their fans 😤😤😤 the only decent one of them is Hachimura

  29. I think it came down to our lack of offensive options and Lakers still have 2 all stars (Luka is superstar level).
