  1. All the talk about fresh blood as a OC is pointless. First of all they would even lure a good upwardly mobile OC because Andy won't allow them to actually do thier job. Kinda a waste of time to keep banging your head on the wall, it ain't happening

  6. Andy is smart and has been a coach for many years. He understands that you can lose your job over someone else mistakes/playcalling. He wants to be in control of his own destiny. He seasoned, take notes.

  8. Here is Cole saying exactly what I said before. That its on Andy to turn this offense around, the fact that he has already made the decision to go for the same old same old means that its entirely on him and his seat should get hot if this doesnt work. Why arent you guys calling Cole a fake fan now?

  9. This is what's been missing. Andy is not going to overhaul his playbook and schemes or even mesh with new blood! 😂EB was the magic sauce as his effect on the Bears run game showed true this year! EB will hold Andy accountable and have these guys humming as when he left the drops and penalties suddenly appeared. The lack of discipline and fine tuning is evident. EB featured rookies often and opened Andy up to different looks etc. go watch the film regular season 2018-2022. New WR coach top level and legit O line when healthy if you keep Simmons Moore and Pole Tackles with the interior solid could be really successful… Stop crying about EB coming back! 😂😂😂

  12. Seems like there should be some heat on the O line coaches, given their performance since the first time we got pummeled in the SB.
