To be objective, the Raiders would have to give up Crosby and the #1 overall at least, very possibly more.
We have to stop giving this stuff attention. They were saying the exact same stuff the first time Lamar was up for a contract extension
Even if they entertain this Mendoza isn’t the guy to make this move for. Still would need a king’s ransom for Lamar to be traded and Lamar to approve of the trade. The Raiders aren’t a QB away from being a contender so he wouldn’t allow himself to be traded there.
Bring in someone outside of the Harbaugh tree that can bring a new culture to this locker room. Can’t say we need a change at the HC position and hire one of his guys to lead that change. Would prefer a defensive mind at HC; Flores, Joseph or Shula all fitting that bill. If Webb or McDaniel isn’t given a HC gig bring one of them in as OC. I am sure if these moves were made the HC would poach someone from their former team to elevate to DC
