The Canucks are pacing to finish with 62 points. The next lowest is STL with 75 points.

  1. It’s a sad state of affairs when the majority of Canucks fans are excited to lose at a historical rate.. myself included.

  2. How does LA have a higher chance in making the playoffs than the ducks when the ducks have a higher points pace than them?

Edit: I see that LA has a higher projected points than the ducks

  3. It’s great that we’re stacking losses before Rossi Chytil and Blueger come back. We’ll be better with them in the lineup but the gap might be too big to close

  4. Kind of incredible that WPG, WSH, and FLA may miss the playoffs.

That’s last year’s Presidents’ Trophy winner, the runner-up, and the SC Champs lol

  5. lv300 seats are still $200+ and lower bowl can go for $700+.
That’s just seats. Clubs and boxes still go for thousands.
There’s 7 home games in 13 days, I don’t know how attendance is going to look by end of the week.

  6. I’m kind of curious…. I wonder if fans who are at least 45 years old (and have been fans for a long time, like since 80s or early 90s) are likely to support a long rebuild if that’s what it takes to win a Cup. And maybe younger or more recent fans don’t want to go through 3-5 bad years. I’m thinking older fans have seen enough of the struggle over the decades and would rather endure whatever it takes?

  7. We are putting on a tanking clinic right now only rivaled by the Penguins tank job for Crosby 🙂

  8. While I think the lottery system has its benefits, I feel like 24% for the worst place team is a little low. I get not wanting to support tanking but it clearly doesn’t work because we want to tank. It should be closer to 50% for the worst team.
