2. I'm a 60 year diehard Cowboys.
   However, I love football! I really like Harbaugh and also McDaniels.
   To me, this is an exciting union! It has me adding the Chargers, to my game watch list.

4. As a Charger fan I was honestly surprised by this, simply because those 2 guys are so different. I'm pretty stoked though… As long as they get along it will be awesome for Herbert and the Chargers.

5. Minter shouldn’t go anywhere. No matter where he would land, the chance of him getting SB Champ on his resume won’t be any better than it would be with the Chargers next year. That would only increase his bargaining power down the line.

17. Remember he’s an OC. He should thrive in that role. And he can learn from Harbaugh. Where he struggled as a head coach is time management, half time adjustments, penalties, 4 and 21 in challenges. Player accountability, why? Because he was too involved focused on his OC duties.

21. I thought there was at least above a 50% chance he took the Bucs OC job, rocked it with Baker, and then be promoted to the HC job

22. As a MIA fan, I hope only the best for Mike in his new and future endeavors (except for when they play MIA, of course).

23. As a Dolphin fan, I hope McDaniel is everything you hope he will be. BUT his offense, his passing game, was basically shut down the last years. He was constantly getting the plays in late. His play calls were too predictable and he consistently couldn’t make halftime adjustments. I realize Miami has a sht organization. But Mike is crazy overrated. Best of luck with your new OC. But I’m glad he’s gone
