Hahaha! Not always a fan of his takes but he’s entertaining! Like this one!
All I’ll say is, they have a top 2 defense and I wouldn’t underestimate Sean Payton.
Hard for Stidham to play worse than Stroud
I mean, he’s right. It’s a pride game.
Rare Stephen A W
I’m not a fan of Stephen A, but he’s goddamn right on this one. The broncos are COOKED
It would be a disappointment, but how many people before the season had the Pats winning 14 regular season games, 2 playoff games, and playing in the AFC Championship game for a chance to go to the Super Bowl?
I don’t want the ride to end and this is a great opportunity, but no matter how you slice it, this has been an extremely successful season.
Now I’m petrified cuz of this segment. It’s such a slam dunk. It’s the trap games of trap games
Don’t underestimate the broncos . Stidham could have a break out game.
It’s true that the stakes are now much much higher for the Patriots. Denver has virtually no expectations now.
Not only win…the Broncos offense cannot score more than 10 without some shame and recriminations.

Ugh.
Only media person keeping it real
I fear no team. And I certainly don’t fear Stephen A(ss).
SAS is right, if Stidham is the reason we don’t get to the SB then it would be very shameful and there is no sugar-coating it. Bronco’s D is one thing but their offense should no way get the better of us.
Bad gut feeling about this game…they’re the favorite and I just don’t like them playing in Denver…people overrated bo nix all season…the broncos are a great team and stidham could easily do enough to win this game…the games on a silver platter for us and the super bowls right there…I could easily see it get snatched away…patriots are already way ahead of schedule and I’d be pretty shocked to see them in the superbowl
“I’m just wondering about Stefon Diggs. You go from Josh Allen to C.J. Stroud—to Drake Maye,” “You sure about that? Are you sure? I just think that’s a legitimate question to ask because no matter what you are as a receiver, it don’t mean a damn thing if the quarterback can’t get you the football.”

Not falling for it haha. Not turning on the volume for Stephen A even if it’s positive.
Why does Stephen A siding with the Pats make me nervous?
I absolutely want to win, but I feel like the Patriots have been playing with house money all season, so I’m not writing this season off as failure with a loss.
At the start of the season I would’ve been beyond pumped and shocked if I knew we’d be here. A loss would be crushing, but I don’t want to lose perspective.
This is the only intelligent thing Stephen A Smith has said in years.

Stidham doesn’t have to play great for them to win. He just has to not suck ass.
On the other hand our QB has fumbled like 6 times the past two weeks.
I’m not overly confident about this game. There’s no question that we *should* win. But stranger things have happened.
I think this Nix injury has flipped the game to a scenario where if both teams play their average game, we have the edge. They can run, but if we play our average on run D it won’t be enough. Average Stid coming off the bench is a competent arm with below average athleticism – not someone who’s going to do Caleb Williams things to come from behind.
If I’m right, Sean Payton knows this and will have to pull more out of his bag to make it a “crazy” game rather than “play our style and win” game.
Another way the game gets crazy is if we keep putting the ball on the ground, like we have the last couple games.
He is playing against his former coach who developed him. Everyone is leaving that out
I get it. Its not whether New England will win. Its whether New England will lose the ballgame.
You might wanna look up Stephen A’s track record on doubting the Broncos before posting this
Sean Payton is a good coach. He will make stidham look serviceable. Our offense needs a better performance than last week’s.

I still hate Stephen A.
