Sengun literally grabbed Wemby's jersey and yanked him down. Rather, it looks like he was fouled 😭

Can someone explain why this is a foul on Wemby?

  1. This is why referees have to watch clips like these. It helps them know the different tactics players use to get calls for them. You know Sengun has practiced this multiple times.

I believe the referee that called the foul did not see that Sengun grabbed Wemby thats why he fell towards him.

  2. I really thought they should have challenged this. He pulls on Wemby’s jersey which is why he ends up in his way.

  3. We need to get over this ref blaming. It’s a bad look. Wemby got away with a couple too

  4. I’m not sure who that blonde lady ref is but she sucked really bad. I was sitting near the Spurs bench and Mitch gave her an ear full multiple times. I’m surprised she didn’t T him.

  5. Crazy how obvious the jersey grabbing is, yet is seldom called for Wemby. That one with Kenrich Williams was one of the more egregious examples. If Wemby didn’t get knocked over, they wouldn’t have called it. Crazy how teams keep getting away with that shit

  6. What’s frustrating is even if though they called it a defensive foul, Sengun hadn’t gathered when Wemby hit Senguns arm so it shouldn’t have been an and one

  7. A minute or two later he had a finish over Kornet (I think) where he used his off arm to hold down the defender’s arm and prevent a block attempt. He literally does this a stuff all game long and doesn’t get called for it
