19. Owner George McCaskey, President Kevin Warren, GM Ryan Poles, Coach Ben Johnson and his coaching staff has done a stellar job with this team. They have put confidence and belief through physical and mental training in this team. Needless to say our Bears believed in the process and formed an unbreakable bond to win when the chips are down and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. They have persevered through their relentless mindset to never give up, never back down, never stop trying. Even if some guys move on to other teams, the Chicago Bears are molded and shaped mentally, emotionally and physically to compete against any high caliber teams in the NFL. Every year we as fans need to have patience and trust the process. Rome wasn’t built in one day. Everyone can agree all of our guys played at a high level and this was a good year. Go Bears ❤

20. DJ is a beast, keep him. I love Caleb, but he didn’t have to force that throw. We were methodically moving the ball down the field.

21. Poles needs to not make and Grady Jarrett moves this off season.

22. Bears need to find pass rusher in free agency, make a few cuts at defensive end (Dayo) and draft Left tackle in 1st round this year. Bears need left tackle because Trapillo may never play again, might not be able to play left tackle again and is definitely out next year. Plus, putting a rookie 1st rounder next to Thuney is the perfect move to protect Caleb's blind side for his career. We're set at all other line positions. And finding a great Vet at DE is a more solid move and then drafting a pass rusher in rounds 2 through 5 is also good

31. Please jettison DJ. He has poor chemistry with Caleb and threw him under the bus multiple times. Please acquire Jordan Addison!! Jordan is a superior talent to DJ – excellent hands, excellent route runner, Clutch, and deceptively quick & fast. JA has great chemistry w/Caleb going back to their time together at USC. We need Addison!!
