In what ways do you think Molina will impact the team’s catching program?
Why would you give credit to Marmol for Molina being hired? Unless it's another stunt like Moe pulled for Bloom to give him an extention now so he can say Molina won't make Marbles a Lame Duck again? From what I've been reading, he's not going to be in the dugout or there all the time?
This doesn't surprise me one bit. The only reason he hadn't been involved the last two years was he was waiting for Mo to leave. Make of it what you will, but he didn't want anything to do with Mo.
So glad to have Yadi back with the St. Louis Cardinals in any capacity. He will only make us stronger.
Kareem over on "Birds on the Farm" podcast also has a lot of prospect info as well. I'm actually more familiar with him than Tyler. But it is interesting to hear another opinion.

Yadi was named Special Assistant to the POBO 2 years ago, too. We were all extremely excited to see him back in the fold then, too, and he ghosted us. So until I see his face showing up in Spring Training I'll remain skeptical. Nothing against Yadi at all, but fool me once …
