I mean whoever takes the job is gonna have a shit record for 2 seasons, take all the blame and then get fired, why would anyone take this job
I mean… the QB situation in Denver is a fair point. HOWEVER he was atrocious with clock management and was a pretty mediocre leader of men

Maybe he knows how to use Murray properly lol. He was here for the good times. I do wonder how he would handle the QB situation.
The QB narrative is dumb as hell.
Literally only Buffalo and Baltimore have an answer at QB.
Every single other available team has some sort of question mark at QB.
Cam Ward wasn’t anything special, Mendoza hasn’t played a snap, Tua’s washed, Penix has no ACLs left, Mason Rudolph is ass, Gabriel/Sanders are ass and say whatever you want about Kyler.
Still, only two teams had a good QB situation with no questions 😂
This team picking in the 8-12 range again next year and that’s the best case scenario. I don’t think Vance is the guy and honestly I don’t know why he’d want to be the guy here. The offense is going to be rudderless with a questionable line and who knows what as the OC. This is a two year regression and whomever the Coach is for that is gonna be on the hot seat again.
If I’m Vance I stay in Denver and try to win a Super Bowl next year.
100+ years and the longest a hc has survived this family is 6 years. They dont deserve shit. Not even Vance Joseph lol

Coaches don’t get a 3rd chances. No way Vance is wasting his 2nd chance on the Cardinals. If he doesn’t get the Ravens, Bills, or Steelers he’ll probably just go back to Denver and try again next year.

He has a point though. Typically, coaching candidates need to be choosier on their second HC gig if they failed on the first one. If I were I were him, unless I absolutely hated working in Denver with Sean Payton, then I’d wait for the right team to call. We are not that team.
Guys were only getting someone with no head coach experience
Brissett and Murray are both far better than anybody on that list

Why would Vance take this job? MB already passed him over once for Gannon. Plus, Bidwill’s budget is probably less than VJ is currently making as DC.
Our next head coach is currently making license plates and will have to make work-release arrangements before camp starts.
If Vance Joesph is too good for the Cardinals just kick us out the NFL.
