Probably a done deal at this point. I think they have Callahan next. If that interview isn’t cancelled, it would be carried out only as a formality

  1. Yall reading too much into these tweets that are stupid and just begging for engagement.

“Yes, for what it’s worth, an interview that was reported already is still happening”

Gtfoh. I don’t take this as They’re hiring Zac Robinson. They still might, but this is just engagement bait from a reporter

  2. Same thing that happened with McDaniel in LA, entered the building and basically just never left until it got announced

I’m more…optimistic than others. Robinson had the 13th ranked offense in ’24 with a Cousins who couldn’t move and a rookie QB. He then had a bad year this previous year, but he was hampered by Penix being physically unable to use half the field and then being stuck with old man Kirk once again

If he uses Bucky like he used Bijan I’ll be more than happy

  3. Started following the Bucs in earnest in 2013. A few tough years in there but always felt like there was a bit of hope for the next season. Feels different this time, just totally stagnant and uninspired.

  4. Robinson is the sort of guy who can keep Bowles his job with an unsurprising 8-9 finish. This reeks of mediocrity. We’re going 1-5 in the division next year.

  5. I actually think this could be a good hire. I never liked Penix and thought he was the problem in that offense.

  6. McVay tree ☑️ Playcalling experience ☑️ Familiar to/with Baker ☑️ I’m willing to give the guy a shot.

  7. One thing I have learned it never trust my feelings one way or the other. I have seen moves go from one end to the other and been completely wrong and completely right both ways. I will wish whoever we hire to outperform any expectations and be happy I get to enjoy another year of Culverhouse free bucs.

  8. We wanted McDaniel, Monken was meh second prize, anyone after that, an after thought…
