Looks good to me. We don’t even use either of those guys so may as well get someone serviceable back.
Can Collins shoot consistently? Or does he get most of his buckets driving to the rim? Some guys have an inflated 3 pt percentage but hard to really get a sense of how they create their own shot if you don’t watch full games frequently
I’m generally against trading any of our draft capital this season, but this is a fine trade for us.
Sexton would be a huge upgrade to our bench, doesn’t constrain our flexibility with a long term deal and neither Brown nor Bogi are players we’d especially miss. Bogi’s team option means that Charlotte are no worse off either and get a 2nd pick for their troubles. Brown is unlikely to break out like Diabate did, but there’s enough talent that he may find some degree of success in a new environment.
I’d do this in a heartbeat, but why would Charlotte?
Just having people move for no reason.
colin sexton sucks defensively, immanuel quickley would be the better option imo, if we’re trading away those specific players.
What’s the point in giving away a second round pick for a rental. We aren’t winning anything this year. Rather let the young guys develop off the bench with more responsibilities.
COBY WHITE
Sexton brings the crazy eyes energy that we need
I think it’s funny he’s a -1 in wins when kobe and bogi have contributed nothing. I am not mad at, but doubt the front office bites on this one. Even as a rental.
Would the Hornets do this? For what reason? Sexton has been good for them.
Why would Chatlotte be dumb enough to make this trade? They can get a lot more talent than this for Sexton.
