Which team executed the friar mascot concept better?

Padres fan married to a PC grad. Anytime I can get the Swinging Friar on some merchandise, I do it. But for live mascots, I’m team Creepy Friar.
2nd one looks like a cigarette with a hoodie tbh
Unpopular Opinion: I don’t care for the Friar mascot. Think it could be cool if they made him a surfing friar or dia de Los muertos friar.
Can we just bring back the Chicken?
My daughter hates ours!
I mean ours is better but that isn’t saying much
that is the grim reaper
I still don’t understand why we don’t have a really mariachi band pop out of center field when we need a rally. They did implement the band but there is no charisma.
