  1. It's either Joe Brady, or Daboll. After that stupid press conference from the the leadership yesterday, no new coach would want to come here, with the idea he has to win SB in year one, and if he doesn't he's looking at these 2 morons blaming him for everything. The thought of coaching Josh Allen was high on the table 2 days ago. After yesterday, it would a very hard thought to taking that job.

  2. I was there in 2000 when Ralph Wilson fired Wade Wilson and that led directly to an extended period of abject mediocrity. I love the Buffalo Bills, but I went years without watching a single game, without buying merchandise, without caring. I can do that again! I won't support a New Orleans type "but we have Archie Manning" team. Buffalo will always be the only team I pull for, but as a fan I deserve better than mediocrity.

  3. Don't want any of these guys, maybe Daboll as oc but that's it. Actually can't think of anyone who would be better than McDermott, Brian Flores might be equal to McDermott but that's all I cannot think of at the moment.

  4. I am very concerned about irrelevance and a waste JA's prime. Beane should have been fired as well. Now he wears both hats GM and Dir of Operations. That's too much power for one person to have. Reminds me of the Jerry Jones saga. I am concerned we have poor scouting teams that generate bad or "all wrong" views of potential draft picks and poor judgement and vetting of FA's going forward. I remain hopeful but wary at the same time.

  5. young guys are often anointed to early with little experience. (very few past exceptions) Bills need an offensive minded coach and with a ton of experience. Still, I am on the fence about Daboll ( i like that view more than all of the others still available) but I feel Beane will micromanage and alienate anyone that takes the HC job.

  6. I've been saying that the WR problem is actually a Brady problem for a while now. Thanks for bringing it up! Even Randy Moss had to get started according to Tom Brady. We can't expect our receivers to get going when you only throw to them once or twice per game.

  7. In all honesty. Before the McDermott firing, I was hoping Brady would sign somewhere else and we'd get Webb as our OC.
    I want either
    – A seasoned Offensive mind HC that calls plays, that has proven success and the ability to adapt to game trends.
    – A young offensive mind HC that can bring a seasoned DC with them

  8. Brady – hard no.
Daboll – maybe due to relationship with Allen.
Udinski – no. Too young. Didnt call plays in Jax.
Weaver – no. Allen needs an offensive minded HC.
    Lynn – Rooney rule interview
Anarumo – another defensive coach. No HC experience.
Once Seattle loses get Kubiak in here. Webb worth looking at too but he’s young & too buddy buddy with Allen.

  9. What happens with the Defensive side of the transition is more important than the offensive coordinator change. Very weak Bobby Babich impact cost the Bills. He needs to go no matter who is the new head coach. The addition of an impact receiver or maybe two would really help as well as pass rush bullies. Some current players need to be replaced and some worked with for more results.

  10. New Head Coach will be saddle with low IQ media concocted MVPity. New Coach will inherit same results as old Coach. Brainless and Mindless turnovers. Also a way below average thought processing QB.

  11. Why is it that the candidates are all "recycled" NFL Coaches? How about bringing in somebody NEW with a super positive football track record? Someone like Kirby Smart?

  12. You want to fire McDermott (i don't agree) you don't do it without a plan. For all the people saying you only care about championships, or they are wasting Josh's prime, get out the Prozac

  13. Well let's just hope Joe Brady gets a chance somewhere else. And Arizona will take Daboll that way a new approach will happen 👍🏻. Brady's inability to use wide receivers or Dababoll's inability to use running backs should be enough to exclude both as headcoach candidates
