To preface, this is a major hypothetical. I fully understand that there isn't any team that is just fully healthy, but I want to see how the people here view Tomlin. Let's say everyone was magically healthy again for the rest of the season. If that was the case, would you keep Tomlin the rotation?

Idk that the jumper is where it needs to be for him to play more than spot minutes in the playoffs. I think if you’re getting out hustled, you may sprinkle in a few minutes of Tomlin.
No
Hell yea
When they need some juice
he’s a break glass in case of emergency type. you bring him in when the rotation guys are struggling w energy or being out hustled. he’s got the infectious motor and defensive playmaking that can spark a change. also useful as a rebounding sub in big late game must grab rebound off free throw moments where he’s sub in for that then back out
Yes 100%
How do you feel he compares to Dean Wade?
Regular season yes , playoffs as a situational player but not rotation.
Yes. The 4-5 rotation should be Mobley/Allen/Wade/Tomlin with Nance and Bryant getting minutes when one of those guys misses time or plays the 3.
Don’t think he’s an every game type of guy yet but should still have a decent amount of PT as a spark plug. If you need some defense or help with the boards on both ends he’s your guy, and hes still a good finisher at the rim
If he gets that jumpshot to fall down consistently he would for sure be more of a regular
I think if we run a small ball lineup he should be there.
Mobley
Tomlin
Tyson
Mitchell
Garland
Could be fun with the center and forwards making up for the lack of defense from Garland and sometimes Mitchell.
Yes he can have Dean Wades minutes
I think he needs to clean up a few things. Errant passes, losing his dribble, etc…all things our perennial all-star Spida also did yesterday. But the energy he brings and the toughness he exhibits is an aggression that our team is woefully low on and we can’t afford to lose the little he and Tyson bring. I say keep him in the rotation. somewhere between 10-20 mins per game as needed.
Yes…effort guy that gives them defensive energy and will take scoring opportunities more aggressively than Wade. Good bench piece, and glue guy that has shown he should get 15+ mins a night…also showed how CAVS can run a big line up with Allen, Wade, Mobley, Donovan, and Tomlin as another option…
