4. They said the same thing about Kellen Moore. You know, the guy they got from Dallas that was supposed "unlock Justin Herbert and the offense"? Remember that? He was a one-hit wonder and didn't do anything except collect a paycheck. McDaniel's aint done chit for Miami and you are telling me that he is going to make a difference? Justin has a Howitzer for an arm, and it was little utilized because he was busy running for his life and taking sacks. Why is Jim wanting to run the ball against a brick wall, when we have receivers that can move the ball a bit more effectively? McConkey and Allen weren't used to the degree they are capable of. Gadson picked up where Quinten left off…fumblitis and stone hands. COME ON. When we get Alt and Slayer back, this team should be fine and plays can start unfolding. Need to PASS THE BALL TO OPEN UP THE RUN fellas. Speaking of run..Hampton is always getting hurt., Why is that? Vidal has been playing damn near the whole season.

6. I am alone on this…. appearantly… I have zero confidence in Sleepy Smurf. Hasnt shown that he can win in the playoffs. (0-2) His offensive schemes nearly concussed Tua into retirement. Took a powerhouse offense in Miami and drove it into the ground. It's just another playoff loser to add to the roster of winless. Are we tired of losing yet?
   Tyreek would be ok if we are looking for a replacement for Darius Davis.

7. I wouldn't stop there. They should try get to Frank Smith for the O-Line. He was also McDaniel's OC, so he's bound to have learned a lot from that system. Didn't Shane Day work with McDaniel in San Francisco as well?

28. Honestly bruv im literally not going to put the cart before the horse with the chargers anymore until I actually see a playoff win. Can we be honest with ourselves that Herb cant score a point or win in the post season. Plus we can't stay healthy so ill believe in it when I see it.

32. It's not a done deal yet. McDaniel is still in play for the Ravens and Raiders HC job and will take one of those if offered to him. I'm going to bet the Raiders do it just to keep him from the Chargers. Dont get too excited.

37. Hey I know a little early but check out Kenyon Sadiq wouldn't mind if the Chargers grab him. Feel he would be a perfect pick. Of course we need a Center first and potentially a guard but hopefully we get that in free agency

38. You don’t make this move (knowing Mike M will probably look to leave in a year or two) unless you consider yourself ALL-IN for a Super Bowl run. I can’t fathom the people complaining about the move.

40. It might be that he only wants the job if Jesse minter stays as DC, or wants to have final say on offense personnel decisions and also compensation package.

43. Why hasn't McDaniels signed? Is it because Minter is still looking for a head coaching gig and the chargers want to wait till he does because of Minters contract could free up some money for the Spanos? Could it also be that the money isnt at the right price per year for McDaniels to say yes and sign?

45. This is gonna be Herbert‘s make or break season. I understand he’s had a lot of different offensive coordinators, but he has quickly cemented his role as what if man.

    As a diehard Chargers fan, I got to see him get over the hump. With how much he is getting paid, and with a rebuilt line, and arguably a top five offensive mind, there is no excuses.

    He has all the tools now, now he’s got to deliver, before not only the upper management, but our fan base takes a look and see if he’s the answer to bring a Super Bowl to us.
