  5. I would genuinely rather choose some no name guy compared to vance joseph. You literally know what you’re going to get with him, 7 wins max and no upside at all.

  13. We’re all talking about how coaches dont want to come to AZ, yet speak of Vance Joseph as if HE WANTS to return to AZ. Can anyone explain to me why were so adamant that Joseph would even consider returning for a HC position?

  14. I hoping for Kubiak, McCarthy, or Lefleur. We need an offensive coach, especially if we’re gonna be drafting a QB in a year or two.

  15. I think they should have a lottery of season ticket holders and pick one person each week to coach. At least most will have better clock management than the previous regime.

  18. Guys Monty will quit his role as GM if Bidwell forces him to hire Vance Joseph.
    Monty has 0 connection with Vance and he didn’t even get a second interview 3 years ago when they first interviewed him for the HC position. This is just an absolute LAST RESORT it literally everyone says no to us.
