Earned it. This man worked his ass off grinding in this league to make it. He eventually shaped himself into a real pro. I will miss him immensely.
Seeing Dan Skipper score a TD in the game against the Bills in person at Ford Field was EPIC
I wish he could have gotten a Super Bowl ring. (I realize he was on the Patriots 2019 practice squad, no idea if he has a ring from that, but I mean a ring with us obviously)
I knew it was coming, and I wasn’t ready. He’ll always be eligible in my heart.
Love Skip and his time in Detroit, he was a great guy to have on the team, hope he stays involved with the Lions.

I wonder how many times Skip got told he wasn’t good enough just to continue grinding to prove them wrong. Don’t love the injuries influencing this, but glad it’s more on his terms than on teams kicking him out.Â
