I have said this all season about Claxton.
If the Lakers were willing to give their unprotected 2031 FRP and 2030 swap for Mark Williams last year at the deadline, I’m going to hold off until the offseason when they have their 2031 and 2033 become tradeable.
I would move Clax at this point. He doesn’t offer enough as a scorer and while his defense is great, he would just be better off on a winning team with ball handlers to unlock his rim running potential.
I think a single first and matching salary is a good package
