  10. Minter is a DC not a head coach. Ravens aren't going anywhere with minter this guy who owns the ravens blow it, now he's trying to clean up. The division is weak so the bar isn't high but Lamar needs help not a spring chicken anymore also a problem at running back. Minter would be wise to stay with a winner.

  16. If minter comes back I think they'll win the AFC championship. In the AFC there's no dominant team anymore. If minter doesn't come back I still think they can make a deep playoff run if they promote someone from within who can keep the same scheme.
