Its not a weak team /rival . I always thought he’ll go to the steelers or Baltimore because both those teams offer stability which is a big thing to have
Had he went say Raiders titans browns, he would be back as DC in under 3 seasons.
I never really saw that as a possibility I think he was going to take a stable head coaching job and I also don’t think he wanted to coach against him twice a year
With the Raiders. There is a decent chance with how dysfunctional their organization is, Minter gets fired after a year after not being able to turn them around quick enough, and he’s available as a DC again.
Then again that means our next DC completely sucks ass that we were looking to replace him after a lost season.
Anyways, I’m fine with him in Baltimore.

Ravens fan here. How come everyone says the team failed Herbert, but at the same time your DC is supposed to be great? So who failed, special teams?
