  1. I’m glad he retired. Because Dan will keep giving him a roster spot anytime we lose a lineman. I’m not hating on the guy, love him, love what he’s done for us, he will always be one of us, but we have to turn the page on some of these guys.

  2. Skip!!! So many good memories. From coach calling you out SKIP! after your first great game with the team. Coach calling you for puking after a big win. To stepping up last year when Decker got hurt for the big home win against the packers on Sunday night football on the road to 15-2. Scoring that TD against the Bills. Skip you will always be part of this core group. Thank you Skip you will be missed. Go Lions #OnePride

  3. Edwards reading way too far into it as usual because it doesn't really have much to offer as far as analysis. Pretending that a wide receiver knows anything close to what it's like to take a beating like an offensive lineman And immediately assuming that his reason for retiring is because he doesn't like where the organization is going when he could just go to a different team is laughable.

  4. It is possible he was waiting to see who the OC was going to be and the selection told him all he needed to know. He was one of my favorite players.

  5. Love Skip, " you keep throwing up or whatever you're doing "MCDC.#70 embodies the team he fought with all he had that's why we love him! Hope to see you on our sidelines !

  6. Yeah he started 16 games but he was in a roll where he actually played in many games. He knows the team is done with this regime is why he is retiring.
