LeBron on his partnership with the Lakers in the last 8 years: ‘I thought it was good. Somebody could see it another way… At the end of the day, how I represented this franchise is with the utmost respect, honor, & dignity. I’ve played here (straight) longer than any other franchise.’

  1. So annoying they trying to drag Lebron into their messed up family drama.

The only part of that article that’s been talked about over and over in the media is the Lebron part and it was just thrown in there for that very reason

  2. Lol these LeBron’s takes are horrendous like the amount of people saying he needs to take a minimum to be here is hilarious because if that were the case why not take a minimum in okc and win easy chips

  3. Get over it or request a trade.

I don’t see AR playing victim with his own little press conference after your agent’s shenanigans.

  4. I’m proud and thankful LeBron has played here. Him and AD brought an NBA Championship. That’s what it’s all about.

  5. I joined the Lakers family because of LeBron and throught I would stay because of Luka. But seeing so many Lakers fans trashing Bron despite everything he did for the franchise is making me reconsider things.

  6. this has been the season of really embarrassing & disrespectful questions for bron. but I agree with him here.. everyone has a different perspective 🤷🏾‍♀️ it is what it is

  7. The timing of the release of Jeannie’s statement. Roughly a couple of weeks before the trade deadline. 👀

  8. Not a Lakers fan but it feels like a situation where a great legacy with a team is viewed in a different way than usual because of (a) Lebron having more memorable stories with two other teams and (c) LeBron being the next “great” on the Lakers after Kobe who spent his whole career there (inc. prime) and won a ton of championships

  9. Wouldn’t blame him if he leaves. Kobe is my favorite player but I am thankful for what Bron brought to the franchise. Seeing us win a chip when the whole world was in crisis is one of the all time moments in team history.

  10. We were very lucky he signed with us. At this point it’s all gratitude. He dealt with an incompetent front office with more grace than most would have.

  11. people in 2018/2019: Oh Lebrons going to LA to make movies and settle down. He’s done playing for anything.

Lebron the following year: first team all nba, championship, FMVP, 2nd in MVP voting

Longest straight tenure on a team is also no joke. If he wanted out. It’s happening. He is here because when he said he wanted to win here, there was a period at the end of that sentence.

  12. Ever since LeBron chose the purple and gold I’ve been grateful to have him here with us!!! Real ones appreciate you, LeBron! Don’t let morons like Jeanie Buss and ungrateful “Lakers fans” tell you otherwise!

  13. …at the end of the day…one title, two wcf appearance…that’s it.
Thank you for that, the rest was garbage.

  14. I think this sorta stupid online drama is just gonna make his decision to retire easier. There’s no reason he has to go through this circus anymore …I don’t even think the love of the game is worth his peace constantly being challenged.

  15. Honestly insane someone of his caliber chose to right the ship of this historical franchise despite the 5 years straight missing the playoffs and the tanking.

  16. wow it’s been 8 yrs that’s crazy to me, it feels like 5ish but 2018 rly was almost a decade ago

  17. some fans are delusional to think that Lakers would be relevant with Lonzo, BI, Josh Hart, and Randle
