Should the Pittsburgh Steelers Hire Nate Scheelhaase To Be Their Head Coach? #steelers #nfl #shorts

  1. So many wrong people in the comments, offense wins championships now, thats the direction the game is going in. You want another DC for HC, we will remain winless

  2. I’m not sure if we need another Tomlin tho. We want playoff and Super Bowl wins. I think Shula is better. Whoever it is needs to be able to hire a great OC tho. In today’s NFL it’s all about high powered offenses. If you can’t score 30-40 points per game you can’t win. With all of the safety protections we can’t have hard nosed defenses anymore. It’d be nice to have an offensive minded coach come in. He could get a good DC. But I’d like Shula but hope he brings in a great OC and allows the OC to do what he does without impeding him. And give that OC a voice in offensive draft picks and free agent signings to suit what he wants to do. Just sayin. Time to catch up with the game today how it’s played. Never gonna be another lat 2000s Steeler defense, 2001 Ravens, 85 Bears. 70s Steelers D’s because the current rules won’t allow it.

  3. Jack we don’t want someone with “a Mike Tomlin vibe”. Mike Tomlin was only a good motivator, and a ‘fatherly figure’ type of coach. But on level of NFL/football knowledge, good clock management, and rarely ever going for it on 4th & very shorts, he was not good at all. Tomlin is the type of coach that will hold players while they cry after losing a big game, but refusing to tweak anything during practice and never holding anyone accountable for their on (or off) field antics, nor calling out what needs to be fixed. Steelers organization needs to realize the league has changed even from 5-10 years ago, so Pittsburgh needs to stop refusing to innovate with the league – and just innovate.

  4. Would love to see this happen! Our biggest need right now is a franchise quarterback. We could use a coach with an offensive background, as well as a background developing quarterbacks. Makes sense. Find a strong defensive coordinator to run the defense. One thing for sure. What we have been doing hasn't been working. Shake it up!

  5. Explain to me this if can. If Steelers fanatics blame Tomlin for Pittsburgh demise explain everyone says Tomlin won with cowher players right?
Then if Tomlin a bad or subpar coach and blame for Steelers bad last 7 post seasons performance then the next coach should be able to win with Tomlin players as Tomlin did with cowher players.
If you give next coach of Pittsburgh a better offensive line and franchise QB and a real number 1 and 2 WR then he wins tell me why Steelers organization just didn't provide Tomlin with personal to win with?
Almost if they wanted Tomlin to fail and gave him teams should have won 3 or 5 games over 10 years to get draft picks for future. But Tomlin got max from teams he had to coach.
If you have to have a complete overhaul on team then you are actually saying those teams failed because weren't good enough teams. Have new coach coach under the teams Tomlin were given. And assistance OC and DC budget Tomlin had to hire with don't give new coach twice the money Tomlin was given for his staff
Then only then we know if or if not failures were due to Tomlin or not.

  6. I think chris schula should be the head coach in nate scheelhaase should be our next offensive coordinator I feel like he needs to take on the offensive coordinator position first before becoming a head coach
