6. Teams fire their head coach every few years. Why is the media making it out as if Baltimore did this unbelievable thing? 18 years is too long. Yes, Bill Belichick was in New England longer, but he won six Super Bowls. I think John Harbaugh was in Baltimore for far too long. The media never talks about 45 losses when you were winning in the fourth quarter. The media never talks about how John Harbaugh has the record for the most losses after having double digit leads in the fourth quarter. John Harbaugh was very fortunate. He came to an organization that was very stable and that had a lot of very good players. Most head coaches come to teams that are a disaster.
