  1. Jerry had absolutely nothing to do with this. This was 100% a Schotty and a culture/mentality changing hire on the Defensive side of the ball one thats willing to pivot and adapt as the game progresses. One thats young, smart and innovative. Not stuck in his ways and refusing to compromise and switch things upand try new things like Flus was. Maybe the FO has turned a new leaf. They started moving around completely differently this season with how they shipped Parsons, traded for pickens and then traded for Quinnen Williams at the deadline. Giving up draft capital? Dallas??? Very uncharacteristic for the FO. Now a unfamiliar Vital/impactful coaching hire that has zero ties to Jerry/ the organization or anybody on staff. Maybe just maybe they are finally starting to learn to let go of their old ways little by little??? Idk but I do know i'm a huge fan of how they are maneuvering right now…

  2. We had a bad secondary . This guy a secondary specialist . Good hire . Anybody other than eberflus is a major upgrade anyways . So ya . I like this hire a lot . He’s legit

  3. I honestly think the biggest thing that should be done throughout this offseason with Parker is building the foundation and establishing an identity.
Seahawks, Texans, Broncos, none of them became elite in 1 offseason.
Get the backbone, develop a system, bring value back to the safety and LB position, and be at least top 20.
