Leave it to Florio to turn this into an ageism conversation. John Harbaugh accomplished a lot early in his career and simply got comfortable and started to take his job for granted. He lost his edge. Apparently winning a SB 13 years ago means you should have lifetime tenure with that team following Florio’s logic
