23. The Blue Jays need an established southpaw with a track record of providing 200 innings, 15 wins +/-. This gives Toronto: Bieber, Gausman, Valdez, Cease, with Yesavage & Ponce filling in the 5th spot. Next year Bieber, Gausman are FAs. 32. This would be a good thing. Valdez as LHSP. They need to trade Berrios anyway, for a fresh start. Because they didn't get the big hitting OFs, they should keep Santander's bat and trade one of the surplus OFs, likely Loperfido.
