1. Dach didn’t play bad, give him a few games to get back in game shape, don’t forget he trucked Dahlin on the Caufield goal.

3. The Canadiens struggle and makes a lot of mistakes against teams that play a good defensive system. And these are the kind of teams that we'd face in the playoffs. Plus, we have a goalie issue. Definitely no cup this year. Not even close. So let's enjoy the great plays, and be patient while the team continues developing.

7. Hutson Struble sucked because Struble sucks. Needed Xhekaj in this game. But I have a feeling they are playing Struble to highlight him for a possible trade.

    Hughes needs to find a strong defensive defenceman that MSL trusts.
    Play goalies until they lose. Starting Monty was a big mistake. It is just poor management not to reward a winning goalie with the next non back to back start.

    Buffalo got the breaks they needed to win the game. Their goalie was the 1st star which says it all. PP was not good enough but give Buffalo credit!
    To get Thomas will cost a bundle ! The Blues would be crazy to let him go.

26. we need bolduc on the first line till texier gets back and then when he comes back bolduc dach and back also get arber and struble out for engstrom arber and sturble suck on defense and arber dosent know how to properly play enforcer

33. This game was disappointing on several levels and not just the slow start, though lets start there. HOW, HOW can you come out that slow and disconnected after playing a great game against Minny and knowing it was a 4-pt game AND we'd just played Buffalo a week ago? Yes we outplayed Buffalo through the 2nd but did anyone REALLY think we'd tie it up in the 3rd? Other than 'the kids always do it'. Buffalo showed how you shutdown a game with a lead, it wasn't so much we outplayed them in the 3rd as Buffalo simply playing a good defensive 3rd period. The best chance in the 3rd was a short handed break away for Buffalo. Our PP in this game was PUTRID. I've been saying this 7 game stretch starting with Minny would demonstrate if we were playoff ready, it started well with Minny but this Buffalo game showed we just aren't. Disappointing is not a sufficient word for what that game was.

37. How many goals were scored because of non defensive plays, how many breakaways ,or 2 on ones was stopped by montebault , we out shot them badly. Buffaloa capitalized on their opportunities . The mistakes they made can be fixed. Patience, no urgency the talent is multiple, they’re all very young.

39. We need another goal scorer non necessarely another good passer. To really make a difference a guy like Thompson would be perfect but Buffalo won't trade him now. They are not stupid. We need what every team needs at this point. A really good second center, a strong power forward that can score lots of goals and a good enforcer that can follow the game. we could even had a big strong right wing defenceman that excels at defending. We are not ready.
