Anyone have a guess what this is gonna be?

  1. A new training facility.

2028 seems like some wishful thinking since it hasn’t even broke ground to my knowledge 😂

  2. That’s when they expect to start competing again, just two more years of being awful.

  3. Theyre just punting on the next couple years reopening in 2028. Smart move financialy

  4. But i thought bidwill was super cheap…. a new training facility sounds expensive….

  5. Big reason for the move being the Cardinals don’t own the land or the buildings at their current facility. The city of Tempe owns it.

  6. That trailer is where our next Head Coach will be living with how much Bidwill will pay him.

  7. The Cardinals bought that big parcel of land at the northwest quadrant of N Scottsdale Road and the 101 highway. They are building team offices and a new practice facility. There is also the possibility of a new “mixed use development” on that same parcel of land (in the future). The unused portion of the land might also be left undeveloped for quite some time if the Cardinals are thinking very long term and possibly wanting to build their next stadium there (IMHO)

  8. That is a hot area right now with massive building going on. I’m surprised they’d put a football HQ right in the middle of retail and spendy apartment buildings. North Scottsdale ain’t cheap.

God only knows what that area will be like 2 years out.

I’d think somewhere up by the TSMC build would be better suited for an NFL HQ.

  9. 2028? They havent even broken ground yet. Its a giant facility, might want to get started

  10. As a Cardinals fan, I know Bidwell and I can’t afford whatever hes charging for access to our losing team.

Go Cardinals (players)!!!! Ffffffffff Bidwell forever.
