Raiders need to get Mendoza’s WR #13 and maybe the OLine guard #65. That Indiana team is stacked with old experienced 4/5 star players who would bring some knowledge about winning consistency which has been lacking for the Raiders. Raiders front office, the entre franchise and fans too, need to stop using the slogans just win, commitment to excellence and anything else until they actually are winning! Those slogans should be earned! Randy Moss and Warren Sapp used them at their press conferences and it didn’t show up in the field. You have to earn it!!!
