  7. Thanks for giving Mr. Caher a voice Mr. Mcafee. I was saddend when Bill retired young, fresh off a superbowl. If i remember correctly nobody was yelling hire young then. champ bailey off of slash's best year? what? anyway, it's up to Mr. Rooney. What works works, what doesn't doesn't. There's no need to change with the seasons when the goal is singular. Players have to play, coaches have to put them in to position to win while elevating them. Stop the run first, nobody over top, limit the gash plays. you either do or you don't, it all starts up front.

  16. I’m no football legend, but I was born at Magee, too. I found it very interesting to hear that subject brought up — made me a little more homesick than usual, and definitely nostalgic. Great to hear from the legend, Coach Cowher!

    Pure fiction.
    A coach motivates positively with unity toward a common shared goal.
    A (conniving) ceo exploits the "team" toward his/her own ends.
    The spirit driven by a coach on a team is nothing like the "spirit" driven by a ceo in a company.
