1. Peralta’s underlying numbers were all the same yet he randomly had an ERA that was a full run lower and he remained healthy enough to pitch 6 innings more often to secure higher win total. Yet he’s not likely to repeat 2025 numbers so it was a good time to sell high with only a year left, assuming MIL unlikely to increase payroll.

2. Sproat is gonna be better than Peralta within the next two years.
