  1. And next year when McLean and Benge have graduated they’ll be replaced with Wenninger, Reimer, and maybe Pena.

Of the Watson/Santucci/Wenninger trio I like Wenninger the best but I think at least 1 of them will break through

  2. Barves only have 2 and none are top 50. A typical barves fan will claim they don’t have many because they are all in the big leagues. According to them even if you were a top prospect 8 years ago like Acuña it still counts.

  3. Based on Top Ten positional Reimer and Clifford will almost certainly end as top 100, Wenninger and Santucci also def will based on MLB pipeline Trends

  4. It’s interesting that Elian Pena didn’t crack the top 100 but Josuar Gonzalez of the Giants did. I believe they were 1 and 2 in the international class in 2025 and Pena put up better numbers in rookie ball. Maybe it’s a height thing as Gonzalez is 2 inches taller. I’m not saying Pena should be ahead of him, but to have Gonzalez at 44 and not have Pena in the top 100 is interesting.

  5. As a scout I ran into once said, these rankings don’t mean anything because you don’t know how they’ll actually do when they get to the show.
