Last thing that I thought was worth sharing, apologies for spamming, this was a great win.
Hoping Amari continues to develop into a reliable backup big by the playoffs!
I literally tuned in to this play. I missed the entire game and I was honestly thinking it was a blowout so I didn’t bother. Imagine my surprise we were in 2OT against the fukken Nets lol.
But all that was washed away when Amari TimeLord swat that ball away.
I thought the kid looked lost and disinterested last time I saw him playing, this was a total 180.
Super glad to be wrong for a night

I’ve seen enough. Update the MVP ladder with him at first

He’s built like Whiteside.
He’s smarter than Whiteside, but I wish he could jump like Whiteside
Head down, keep working kid! One of my absolute favorite things in sports fandom is seeing guys who aren’t the Jaylens and Jaysons of the world turn into legit pros when you wouldn’t expect it. We’ve gotten a bunch in the past (PP, Hauser) but this season has been has been absolutely rife with guys proving they can play in the L.
I know there’s a coach somewhere screaming at him to never bring the ball down to his waist again 😂
It’s laughable how much better run this team is then the rest of the league
Feels great to see the young guys so fired up for him.

If you don’t know this, Amari Williams is our future at center. A passing, shot blocking defensive-minded big with a potential to be a floor spacer. Just look at that form on his free throw…and he’s a HUGE human. Makes everyone look small.
