  1. Shocks me how little conversation there has been around who hired the coaching staff – seems kind of important to know before they try again. If it was AG, hoping someone else is in charge this time around. If it was the 33rd Team, keep Tanny out of the building this time.

  2. AG is a fraud of a man and leader. Absolutely no accountability and blames everyone else but himself. He should resign. He won’t because of money and ego. He should take a lesson from 20 year old Dante Moore and not allow money to dictate your decisions. AG is a complete weasel.

  3. Further proof that Glenn is clueless.
We all knew this coaching staff was garbage when they were first revealed, yet Glenn didn't see this was a problem?
I think this goes back to what we've been saying and hearing about in regard to the D coordinator candidates. Glenn couldn't assemble a competent staff because up & coming coaches don't believe in Glenn's ability to be successful.

  4. Folks are just so ready to bash AG. The Jets have had ZERO success for 15 years and he came wanting to try and fix this mess. He’s trying to improve every aspect of this franchise and it’s not easy. Let’s see what happens this offseason.

  5. Who the f*ck hired all these loser coaches? Oh yeah, Aaron Glenn. So what exactly did he actually do right this past season? Nothing. But let's keep him because he's Woody's buddy. No wonder this organization sucks a$$.

  6. It's so obvious that Glenn doesn't make good choices. Who is choosing the new coaches??? Just when you think this team has bottomed out, it drills a new hole.

  7. A great move by Glenn trying his best to correct his mistakes, let's see what happens. I am excited that these moves are being made before free-agency and the draft.

  8. not sure why egstrand tried to turn fields.into a conventional QB instead of an RPO college style dual threat QB? its.not sustainable but fields would.be a.decent bridge for 2 yrs until we get a franchise QB….oh well water under the bridge now….can them all.

  9. Is it possible the Jets are bringing back Glenn to ensure they have a top 3 pick in the draft next year? That would be a genius decision and I really hope they are looking at it that way

  10. imo tanner was a good play caller as in finding what is needed for down and distance but not was not good at sequencing play calls within the offense, watched all 17 games last year and could be wrong but I don’t recall a time where the offense ran a certain play, formation or personnel to set up another play later in the game or season and I believe that’s an art all the great OC’s in the league and what jets need to find. #JETS

  11. Who said tanner was being demoted it said his role was changing that could mean he takes over pass game coordinator duties with OC also…..but it does have the Mike lefleur woody feel to it

  12. It's pretty obvious that the Jets are going to be horrendous in 2026 and will have the first overall pick. The Mannings can only escape the Jets for so long!

  13. The problem and question we all have to ask is what did Glenn see in all these guys pre hire that now hes canning them all? And what does it say about AG ability to put together a staff???

  14. Every member of this coaching staff was interviewed vetted and hired by Aaron Glenn. Its a real head scratcher that under these circumstances Glenn gets to return.
