12. I’m happy to see Johnny back as always. I will always come back to support his content no matter what. However, people criticizing his unannounced “leave of absence” should not take heat either. Fans deserve to hold him accountable and people who act like he can just do whatever he wants and not let anyone know about it are wrong. I’m not saying he should be slandered and burnt at the cross either, but the glaze and D-riding some of y’all exhibit is next level and incentivizes this behavior. Fans want to hold him accountable because they care about his well-being. If he truly was sick, it’s a shame and we are glad he’s doing better. But why do we learn about this a month later? We couldn’t have gotten a quick 1 sentence statement about it? I’ll always appreciate Johnny and what he does, but I don’t view him as a God or spiritual being that can do no wrong like some of his fans do. Having the platform that he does comes with a responsibility and duty to do the bare minimum of updating his viewers on his situation, even if it’s brief. It’s simply called holding everyone to the same standards that apply to nearly every single other facet of life.
