3. Everyday I flip flop between Webb and Kubiak. I like Webb because of his QB whisper skills and potential and he has an inside and outside zone blocking scheme. I believe he would shock the league. Kubiak will bring an outside zone blocking scheme and great play calling. And he will definitely have Mendoza development be a smooth transition. Flip a coin, I'm ok with both.

22. I don’t think Webb as HC would be wise at this point. Kubiak would be a solid choice. After the ness of head coaches and gm’s they have went thru and still paying you can’t go with a guy that has very little coaching experience to turn it around. Webb might be the oc choice but you can’t out it all on him
