WR3 is kind of a big need for the Bengals. They have a difficult time running the office when Tee and Chase are both bracketed and Minter with the Ravens loves to do that. I really like Branch and Omar Cooper for them day 2. Also I think they could target a slot corner pretty high too especially with how many good one's there are this year.
