  1. If mack can make a nfc championship with sam Donarnold, Minter should, ……. with Lamar. Got it, luv the setup too. Minter get me Jacob Rodriguez, Ray 2.0, and im in with yah. Rebuild us a championship defense, and the offense, well that ownership falls on a yr 9 veteran qb. Somebody gone have to be held accountable 😅

  2. Absolutely love this hire! Minter has had great success wherever he goes and the players always spoke so highly of him all around. This is who we needed to get over the hill we’ve been stuck on!

  3. EDC needs to invest more in trenches and in Lamar Jackson. If he doesn’t do his job by not addressing and neglecting the trenches again this offseason, then he’s needs to go. Get Lamar protection (get Faalele and Vorhees off of the team), get some dawgs on the d-line that could rush the passer consistently, and find a number 1 wr for Lamar please. It’s going on year 9 for Lamar and still has never experienced a top wideout like this other top qbs have. No more building the team through the secondary. Building the team around Lamar should be the main focus.

  4. Yes. Baltimore has been a DEFENSIVE team since we began.. but we don't have the leadership of Ray Lewis, Ed Reed Terrell Suggs.. etc… WE NEED TO LET LAMAR BLOOM. Let that dude throw for 30+ a game.
Or let our RBs run 30+ times a game.. remember Flacco years? Flacco would throw 30+ a game, 30 rushes a game by Ray Rice, blah blah… petition to get Marshall Yanda back

  5. I was excited to see Lamar Jackson with a safisticated elite offensive system instead of these college predictable offenses. I was hoping we got McDaniel or kubeyak. Looks like Lamar is getting a Kingsbury his offense is predictable and not suited more for a rookie, Brady is limited, too. It is what it is . Welcome, Minter.

  6. Listen, if you’re not here to help Lamar succeed throughout the season, playoffs, and Win a Super Bowl then it’s pointless. The new OC needs to be one that Lamar likes and can connect with in order to pull the best out of LJ. BUT, you have to fix both sides of the TRENCHES as well in order to do so! #SBOB💜🖤👿😈🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛

  7. the reason why yall hired him is because you cant get out of harbs coaching tree worried about familiarity instead of whats best for the team .. should have kept harbs if you trying to keep the same culture …. and the fact you even let Joe Brady make second round of interviews over mike mcdaniels just proves how clueless this team is with a coaching search
