In hindsight, would you have rather Jets go 0-16 in 2020 and get Trevor than the current timeline we are on?

  1. I’d rather them hire Sean Peyton when he was available.

    Or Jim Harbaugh

    Or John.

    Or McCarthy

    Or McDermott

    Or Tomlin

Fuck I’ll even take Pete Carrol or Bill.

  2. Yeah because being 0-16 and the Jets wouldn’t be darker than this? Loser mindset is nasty.

  3. none of those timeline has woody in prison forced to sell the team so it doesnt matter

  4. They just needed to lose the Frank Gore invitational. They one the game against I believe the rams with gore running like 30+ times and broke a record or something and him and gase hugged.

  5. Wtf kind of question is this? Trevor is a top 15 NFL qb. We haven’t had one of those since Pennington.

  6. sure why not. its not like it could have gone worse than the ZW years.

worst case scenario we fail to develop him and we’re basically right where we are now anyways.

  7. Doesn’t matter, “we” would have ran him out of town too. There’s no patience in the process unfortunately.

  8. 1000%.

0-16 is embarrassing but we’re a laughingstock now 5 years later anyway and we’ve done nothing of note since

Replace what we got for Trevor and the 22-23 teams are possibly **contenders** considering they had the best defense in the league both years and we wouldn’t have to go back to square one in 2025.

  9. Copout answer, but ask me, again, after we see what our current tank and draft stock reap.

Clearly Trevor is better than anything the Jets have had in the last 5 years, but there hasn’t been sustained jealousy over not having him. That playoff comeback against the Chargers was sick, though.
