1. I think he wanted the raiders job all along.. and we wanted him as an OC.. so he bluffed and said he was going to sign with the chargers, hoping the raiders may forego waiting on Kubiak and give him the job now.. just a tbought..

2. I like Kubiak but McDaniel is first choice.

McDaniels or Kubiak are incredible options imo but I definitely lean towards Mike as the #1 option simply because he's already expirenced being a HC for multiple years & even coaches multiple playoff games. that experience is so important plus I don't even think he should've been fired in the first place the guys is damn good & people don't realize it for whatever reason. I'd be ecstatic to hire him & even keep PG as DC.

4. I honestly don't think they should pull the trigger right now. I think we should wait. If Kubiac is our guy in the Raiders mind I think we should wait. Mike Daniel's can wait.

8. I'll take McDaniel over Kubiak. One has been a coach, the other one has only been an OC… but he's a really good one, so Kubiak wouldn't hurt.

10. I honestly wouldn't take the bills job either. Team isn't good enough to win a ring and everyone will blame McDaniels when they don't win even tho Allen struggles mightily in the playoffs

11. The media may have forgotten but coaches haven't. A blank slate team with cap space and high draft picks is a coaches dream.

13. I live in South Beach and let me tell you Mike McDaniels it's not a good head coach he's a good offensive coordinator but not a leader of men. Dolphins players walked all over him.

19. Mike McDaniel Hates Cold weather, No surprise he blew off the Bills Job, Vegas and LA are warm weather states and he rather have a HC job than a OC… Kubiak is our best bet, He's proven to work with QB's based on strength rather than Scheme and be successful
