  32. I feel that when Mike McDaniel signs on the dotted line, that's when we have him. Yes, the Raiders are not really the choice. He canceled with the Bill's. Just pay the man what he's worth. Give him a nice signing bonus. Give him 3 years instead of just one year or whatever's feasible. But he is worth the money. He does have a good offensive mind. He can get that offense and Herbert develop those skills
