Kubiak is number 1 choice, but McDaniel is definitely number 2. We need a top offensive mind to help mendozas transition to the nfl go smoothly so hes not having to change play callers a year or two in if our oc gets poached.

A lot of people are going to roll their eyes at this, but Gruden is the best coach available. By far. I don’t care what some fans think. Players love him. Free agents want to come play with him. You just don’t let him make draft picks.
You bring back Chucky long term. We bring back Carr on a two year contract. You guarantee him to start the first year, and when his contract is up, you move him to QB coach or O.C.
You draft Mendoza and have him wait in the wings and grow.
You spend the rest of our draft capital primarily on linemen for both sides of the ball. Build the trenches with draft and free agents.
With this plan we will be relevant and contending for the playoffs in two to three years.
