  9. You know for me, and this is not shade for Nagy. EB has been different places to gain new ideas. And he is a smart knowledgeable professional. He will mold and shape these young players who have become complacent. That lackadaisical attitude Won't be tolerated, period!

  10. Just my opinion, but Andy Reid can and will develop new concepts. This is what he's always done, the exception being the last season. I honestly think that was because they wanted to do the scheme they didn't get to run the previous year.

  11. An outside hire was NEVER happening! No top candidate wants to come to KC to be a glorified water boy. Bringing EB back is a solid move. The only way the offense is ever going to improve is ANDY modernizing the scheme to fit today’s NFL better. EB is good at the details and holding the players to a high standard. He doesn’t have to come in and be a fake tough guy! He played in the league and already has the respect of the leaders of the team. This offense is on Andy and he’s made the right strides so far!

  17. Cons: It will the same old same old, when the team needs some major change.
    Pros: As long as Andy Reid is the "Supreme Leader" Head Coach, they will be running Andy's offense, regardless who the OC is. unfortunately. At least Eric Bieniemy knows Andy well. Hopefully, EB can bring some new knowledge he might have gained from the other teams he worked in the past couple years.

  18. 0:48 As much as I love Travis Kelce, he needs to retire. Football is a young man's game. Kelce can no longer draw double team coverage and he can no longer get separation. His retirement also free up the cap space for the Chiefs to find some younger talents.
